How do I request a withdrawal?

Only verified users can use the withdrawal option. To verify your account, please provide the required documents. For more information regarding account verification, please contact customer support. If your account is already verified, please go to the transaction page and submit the amount you would like to withdraw.

How long is the withdrawal process?

After all verification processes have been completed, MRGURU takes up to 10 business days to process your withdrawal. Wire transfers may take additional 7 business days and will require additional paperwork.
